PlayerProps.ai Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Better Bets Inc. ("PlayerProps.ai," "we," "us"), a Florida corporation, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the PlayerProps.ai website, iOS application, and related services (the "Services").
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Subscription and payment information: your subscription plan, transaction history, and billing status. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors (Stripe for web, Apple for iOS); we do not store your full card number.
Content you provide: bets you log in the Bet Tracker, questions you submit to Ask AI, messages you post in the in-app Community, and preferences you set in the product.
Usage and device information: pages and features used, device type, operating system, IP address, and similar diagnostic data, collected via cookies and analytics tools.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to provide and improve the Services, including operating the AI research tools, maintaining your subscription, personalizing your experience, providing member support, sending service and marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time), preventing fraud and abuse, and complying with legal obligations.
AI FEATURES
Questions you submit to Ask AI and related AI features are processed using third-party AI infrastructure provided by Anthropic. Queries are transmitted for processing to generate responses; they are not used by us to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell them.
COMMUNITY CONTENT
Messages you post in the in-app Community are visible to other members and are processed by our chat infrastructure provider, Stream. Do not post personal information you do not want visible to other members.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the Services: Stripe (web payments), Apple and Iaptic (iOS payments and receipt validation), Stream (community chat), Anthropic (AI processing), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and MailerLite (member and marketing email). Each provider is limited to using information as necessary to provide its services to us.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
LEGAL DISCLOSURE
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our members, the public, or the Company, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing, merger, or acquisition, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain account information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@playerprops.ai, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
YOUR STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@playerprops.ai. We do not discriminate against members for exercising privacy rights.
SECURITY
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
COOKIES
We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
AGE REQUIREMENT
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services, and the Services are not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
